DESCRIPTION

The Procura+ Manual provides a clear guidance for any European public authority and private organisations on how to implement sustainable procurement.

The 3rd edition of this manual forms part of the SPP Regions project. The main aim is to provide practical advice on how to integrate sustainability into procurement, as well as become a model for systematically implementing sustainable procurement (the Procura+ Management Cycle). It focuses on six product groups: construction, IT equipment, cleaning products, food, vehicles and electricity. The manual also links and references to good practice examples from around Europe, which provides orientation to other organisations in performing procurement processes.
