Short Bio

Bernard Valero is the General Director of AVITEM. He has been linked his whole life to the French Government since 1977, being a plenipotentiary Minister. Foreign Affairs Ministry, press advisor in Madrid and Washington, General Consulate in Barcelona, Ambassador in Skopje, among other remarkable positions. He has been carrying on the function of Ambassador of France in Belgium up to now.
